Changzhou Xuntao Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019 in Changzhou, Jiangsu. We design tooling for, mold and assemble the air vents and functional components found inside vehicle cabins.
Who we are
A manufacturer focused on the vehicle cabin
Xuntao makes the parts that move air and hold things inside a vehicle: dashboard, roof, pillar and MPV roof air vents, and functional components such as glovebox latch mechanisms and cupholders.
We work from a 2,000 m² site in Menghe Town, Changzhou, organised into four workshops. Two tooling lines, one automated injection production line and an assembly workshop let us take a component from drawing to finished part under one roof.
Projects are custom by nature. Dimensions, material and colour are set with each customer, and we work on both OEM and ODM briefs, with a sample you approve before production begins.

What we do in-house
Keeping the core steps on one site makes it easier to answer questions about a part and to move a project forward.
Tooling
Two tooling lines machine the tools for new parts, so development stays on our own site.
Injection molding
One automated injection production line forms parts once tooling is approved.
Assembly
Louvres, knobs, latches and hinged parts are assembled in a dedicated workshop.
Inspection
Checks cover incoming material, injection, assembly and shipping.

Capacity and project support
Established in Changzhou in 2019, Xuntao supports component projects from product design through batch production. Our portfolio includes air vent assemblies, dashboard and centre-console plastic parts, interior functional components and exterior plastic parts. We currently participate in domestic vehicle manufacturer projects as a tier-two supplier. Tooling, machining and injection equipment support coordinated development and production, with project management and quality checks throughout the process.
A team of 30 supports development and manufacturing at the Changzhou site. Registered capital: RMB 1 million.
