  2. We confirm the tooling approach. Tooling is charged for new samples.
  3. You approve a sample before production starts.
  4. Production takes 15–20 days after tooling, subject to project confirmation.

Custom production questions

Answers to the questions we hear most before a project starts.

  • We manufacture small and medium-sized injection-molded automotive interior and exterior parts and functional components, including non-standard custom parts.

  • Yes. Dimensions and colours can be developed for the project, with new tooling where required. Injection molding is the main process. Material options include PP, ABS, PA+GF and PBT; the final material is agreed for the application.

  • Parts are developed for the vehicle manufacturer's project requirements. Third-party testing and reports can be arranged when required.

  • Our work includes small and medium-sized automotive interior and exterior injection-molded parts, everyday plastic products and plastic components requiring design and development.

  • Yes. We support OEM and ODM work.

  • Product design, material selection and manufacturing are developed around the customer's specified requirements.

  • We do not set a general minimum order quantity. Share the required quantity when discussing your project.

  • Yes. We offer tiered pricing.

  • Yes. Long-term cooperation pricing and volume discounts can be discussed.

  • Prices remain unchanged for raw material increases of no more than 20% and exchange-rate movements within 5%.

  • Yes. Samples can be shipped.

  • A charge applies when samples require new tooling. Samples are not returnable.

  • The sampling schedule depends on the complexity of the part.

  • Yes. Samples are prepared for approval before batch production.

  • Batch production follows the approved sample.

  • New samples require tooling first. The stated production period is 15–20 days; confirm the project schedule when placing the order.

  • Batch orders follow the agreed delivery schedule.

  • The schedule is agreed with the customer for the project.

  • Yes. Expedited production can be discussed for the order.

  • Yes. Production progress updates are available.

  • Checks cover incoming raw materials, injection molding, assembly and shipment.

  • Yes. Third-party inspection is supported.

  • We issue internal inspection reports. Third-party testing reports are arranged by agreement.

  • Third-party inspection takes place before shipment. Returns are not accepted.
